The Auberge du Moulin restaurant

At the restaurant, you’ll have the choice to eat on a large, beautiful terrace overlooking the Tarn Gorge, weather permitting, or in front of the dining room’s fireplace, in the autumn.

You’ll enjoy our chef Didier’s traditional cuisine, which is based on quality local produce from Lozère.

A few specials:
  • Gigot d’agneau des Causses rôti, légumes de saison (Roast leg of local lamb and seasonal greens)
  • Ris d’agneau braisés (Stewed lamb sweetbread)
  • Écrevisses fraîches à la bordelaise (Bordeaux-style fresh crayfish)
  • Salade de saint-jacques et saumon fumé (Scallop and smoked salmon salad)
  • Pâté de foie de cochon aux baies de genièvre du Causse (Pork liver pâté with local juniper berries)

All the pâtés and terrines you’ll eat at the Auberge du Moulin are home‑made by our chef.

Our menus are meant to suit all tastes and satisfy all appetites.
